    If you contact one of the Okta admins of your tenant they can reset the multifactor for your account by following these steps:

     

    1. Login in to Okta as an Admin
    2. Click on the Admin button on the top right corner.
    3. Click on "Reset Multifactor" shortcut on the right side list.
    4. Search for the following user -<USER_EMAIL_ADDRESS> and check the checkbox for that user
    5. Click the "Reset Multifactor Authentication" button.

    In short - your MFA factor has to be reset.

    Depending on how your Global policies are setup you can access your profile and reset your factor self service (Profile --> Edit --> Scroll to the bottom and reset factors)

    If you have enrolled in alternate factors like voice, SMS etc. this should be possible.

    If not - you will have to contact your admin or help desk for a reset.
