I am getting this error when i do the ldapsearch and I have authenticated the okta with Active Directory

Hi Govind,
It sounds like you may need to ensure that the service account used by the AD Agent service may not have the required administrative privileges. Please refer to the Okta service account to run Okta AD agent service
section in this guide: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Directory/ad-agent-install.htm#OktaService
If you still have issues, I suggest creating a case with Okta support.
