Any idea when will this be fully compatible with Windows Server 2019?

This may be something that Okta support can help answer. My understanding is that there are organizations currently using Okta MFA Credential Provider with Server 2019 despite not being officially supported, but I don't have any more information than that. Let us know if you get an official response on a date.
