Can the Request An App link at the bottom of the users homepage in OKTA be configured to go to a company URL?

At the bottom of the user's homepage is the link for Request an App. Can this be configured to point to one of our servers (URL) so that we can ask the questions we need to determine how the user can go about getting an app instead of the default behavior of just sending the OKTA admins an email? This will help us greatly because some apps require other departments to okay and possibly even setup an account for the requesting user before they can say yes.
