Hi after some trouble I finally managed to get OKTA (AD) syncing passwords to Gsuite. Neither OKTA or I actually did anything to fix it.

Our environment is on premises AD to OKTA then to G Suite. When a new user signs into OKTA for the first time or changes their password via OKTA then the event "application.provision.user.push_okta_password" triggers. However if a user changes their password in Active Directory and then signs in to OKTA this does not trigger the event even though Delegated authentication occurs

note that not all of our DCs are on OKTA AD Agents
