Login/UserName Attribute in the user profile
Does anyone know if this attribute is append-able or is it read only by design by Okta. I think it is not append-able but can't get a confirmation on this.

Are these Okta mastered or an external IdP?
Okta mastered accounts you can edit/change the username login without issue.
If you're pulling these in from an external IdP you could use the Okta Expression language to do some sort of transform on the usernames when doing a JIT.

Joe, the issue is with Org2Org, I can modify any attribute other than login, if I have the same user in the hub and spoke but the spoke username if different if fails to update from Hub and error would lead me to believe its in the Okta API. This is a base attribute and since it is username in both orgs it is almost by design which I can understand.
