Is there a way to present a welcome page or pop-up in Okta for DocuSign on account activation

Hi Michael,
No, the Okta dashboard does not present a method to display a welcome page to users who've recently had an account activated for a particular application. However, they can see what applications they've been assigned to in Notifications (represented by the bell icon at the top of their dashboard).
