Aside from the account limits on number of monthly active users on developer accounts, are there limits on how many registered users you can have? I am planning to migrate an existing application over to Okta and have far more inactive or very infrequently active than consistently active users.
I've come across references of the error "[edition.error.user_limit_reached]" from other users but have not been able to find a documented answer directly from Okta. I would recommend opening a support ticket to get an official response.
Coming back to let folks know I received an answer from Okta. There are no limits on registered users. You can have as many in the system as you want as long as you are operating under the active user limitation and the api rate limits.
