The only way I can find to customize the Dashboard is Settings > Customize, but all you can do is add a logo and change the header color. Is there an HTML editor similar to the one for the Sign In page anywhere? Is it possible to drop in a CSS file to accomplish this?
No, unfortunately there is not a similar way to customize the Dashboard.
