Set up self-serve SSO using Okta

Let's say a company uses Okta as their IdP and I need to authorize one of their users to create an SSO connection to my app.

So I created a web app in my Okta dev tenant, added the client id and client secret to my application, generated a link, signed in and everything was fine.

My question is, how can I make it possible for users from other tenants (other companies) to use this process?

Is there a way to publish the app for companies to use, or an easy setup to perform on their side in order to make this happen?

Is there any setting on my side I can do to the app/authorization server in order to allow users from other Tenants to connect?
