Ring Central - Assign users via a group

Currently we have a few user's assigned individually but I want to be able to assign this app based on a group via a rule eventually. When I try to assign the group to the app, I am prompted populate attributes. Wouldn't that come from our HR app that is the profile master over those fields?

 

Also I wouldn't want to assign the same number/ext to every person in that group. I just want them to them to automatically be assigned the app via a rule when they are provisioned.

    I ran into this same prompt recently. As long as you're sure that the attributes are mapped in the Profile Editor, all you have to do is click the Save and Go Back button and it will work as expected. After saving, you can click the pencil next to any group-assigned user and verify the values of all those attributes.

    Go to Directory -> Profile Editor, select the app and check if defining the mappings from Okta to Ring Central for these attributes help.

    I already mapped all those fields prior to creating the group to assign to users. Any other ideas?
