Hello,
Is there a way to migrate all user credentials from in-house database to Okta so that when for the first time an existing users come through Okta, they don't need to put user name and password?
Hi Jwalant,
There is not a way to export passwords into Okta from a database or file, but you can export user names using a csv file (https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Directory/eu-csv-import.htm). Each account imported in this fashion will require an activation to be sent to the user in order for them to set a password.
