Hi there, I'm looking to see if there's a way to de-provision a user in Active Directory through Okta, to disable/delete their AD account, especially by setting a date for disabling. We're trying to address a timing issue where a user is no longer an employee, and we can set a time for automatic disabling/deletion.

Okta can be configured to place AD users into a disabled state when the corresponding Okta user is deactivated. Just enable the Deactivate Users feature in the "Settings" section of the AD Directory Integration in the Okta Admin Console to enable this ability.
Okta cannot actually delete the AD user, and we do not yet have the ability to schedule an Okta user deactivation. We do have a feature request for this capability that you can vote for if you'd like:
