showing strange location
When we request a push it shows location as Wednesbury Sandwell,

This is Marius from Okta Support.
The location can show different if in the login request there is an IP chain. As such we will read the last hop in the chain and use that as the location. But as this requires a more in depth analysis, I highly recommended raising a ticket so that we can have a better look into this.
