cepuc (cepuc) asked a question.
We use Nagios XI to monitor services on our network. I have tried creating one for the OKTA agent to let us know if it is stopped for any reason. I have tried very variation of the service name I can think of, but it keeps registering in Nagios as not found. Has anyone had any experience with this?
I have used the following variants - none of which are working:
Okta Active Directory Service
OktaActiveDirectoryService
Okta AD Agent
OktaADAgent
OktaAgentService.exe
Is there another way to reference the agent that might work? Or is it possible this agent cannot be monitored in such a way?

Hello Jack Cahill,
This is Vasi from Okta Support. From my understanding you are using a 3 party tool installed on your server.
We don't own this tool so I can't confirm what's logic behind this tool.
I do recommend you to raise this question to the Nagios support team.
