    Yes. On your domain in Active Directory you can create a group outside of an OU, this group can then be pushed to Okta. From here an Okta group (with the same title as the AD group) needs to be created. Finally, you can create a rule on the groups page to assign all AD users from that group to the Okta group you just created. You can then assign this new Okta group to any application that has been setup.
