    You can schedule an import every hour, daily or weekly. In terms of actually forcing an update your only way would be to perform an Incremental Import from Active Directory in your Import tab.

    Can you elaborate on this a little further? In terms of changes do you mean to users/groups etc.

  • Adding OUs, changing group memberships, adding/removing user accounts.

     

    Okta is slow to update with the changes. Overnight it eventually synced up. I am looking for a way to force a sync to occur.​
