When searching, I can only seem to find groups by the first letters of the group name. Is there anyway to expand the search to search throughout the whole name?
I use quite a bit of abbreviations to define my apps, it would be great to search those combos such as SSO.
Also I see that we can only view the first 200 groups, besides using Postman, how ever can I export or filter to find my groups?
Hi this is Dragos form Okta Support,to respond to your questions there is no way to expand the search due to the fact that the search is made by design to start with the first letters you get a list of 20 results then you need to add another letter to expand the search to more groups .As a conclusion there is no way to perform the search using a search trough the whole name.
But this seems as a good idea for a feature request . At the bottom of the Okta admin page, click on "Feedback", on the Community page click on Ideas Post Idea and submit the request in your own words. Feature requests are reviewed by our product team based on the number of votes they receive. While this is not a predictable process, the more votes a feature has, the more likely it is that it will be implemented
Also there is a hard coded limitation to 200 groups so the only way to list more will be trough API as you mentioned yourself.
