How can I setup multiple AttributeValues in one Attribute?

Hi, I'm running into problem setting up multiple values for an attribute. What I'm looking for is:

Attribute Name="foobar"|

 AttributeValue| foo /AttributeValue

 AttributeValue| bar /AttributeValue

/Attribute

When I setup a custom attribute in profile editor and set the type of the attribute to 'string array', Okta fills in the AttributeValue with one string: 'foo, bar'. How can I have Okta split the two strings into different tags?
