JadaS.83055 (Customer) asked a question.
Is it possible to change password rule settings for existing password policies? We want end users to be notified by Okta when their passwords expire and be able to change the password via Okta. We have off-site end users who aren't notified of password expiration via Windows because they VPN to join the domain and are rarely physically on site.

Hi Jada,
Thank you for posting your inquiry to Okta Support Community Portal.
There are a couple of other details that we need in order to provide a correct answer to your specific use-case. For example, are your users mastered by AD ? If yes, is delegated authentication enabled ? ,etc.
As a general answer, yes, you can change Password Policy Rules for existing policies. In order to make changes to your existing password policies, please go to Security> Authentication>Password, then search for the policy/rule you want to edit.

Since we are lacking some details, I would suggest opening a Support case in order for us to provide a better answer to this question.
