    Hi Arnold,

Dan here on behalf of Okta's Customer Support Team, thanks for reaching out to us.

After the Production release 2019.07.0, the Sign-In Widget has been updated to use labels for form fields instead of placeholder text. This information was also posted in our release notes page (you can find it under Sign-In Widget labeling).

If you would like to hide the "Username" and "Password", you can set the Username and Password info tip same as your custom Username and Password labels - ' Production Username ' and ' Password '. You can find this setting in the Settings > Customization .

I hope thins answers your question.

Yes, I'm having the same problem. This changed a couple of days ago. I don't recall seeing that change in the release notes.

Thanks Blake. The question is for sanity check since Okta support insist it's visible by design.
