Hello everyone,
I have integrated an new active directory to our okta tenant and synced two on-premise test users to Okta. We have an office 365 provisioning app configured which has worked fine for other active directories that we have integrated. as soon as I provision office 365 app for the users , the mailbox creation for those users fail with the error message " This users on-premises mailbox hasnt been migrated to Exchange Online. The Exchange Online mailbox will be available after migration is completed." I know we need to filter out MSExchMailboxGuid attribute and make it null. That has already been configured in the office 365 provisioning app. However I feel the issue is because this attribute's scope has been mentioned as "None" for the active directory profile. The same setting for this attribute for other active directory profile is "User Personal" which means it can be edited. Can someone let me know if you have faced the same issues.
Thanks
Devender

Hello
This is Andrei from Okta support.
Related to the issue described above we will recommend to open up a support ticket.
We will need a support ticket because we will need to see the current configuration that you have right now on O365 in order to provide an answer/solution.
