how do I add all my users to an application without adding them all to a group

Hello i am trying to add every user in my org to one of my applications but because of how groups work and some fields are governed the group, adding to a group and then to the application is not ideal to me because I lose information that I need. I lose department and location which i need as i have many locations in my organization that need to be put into this other application. any assistance would be appreciated destination application is service-now if that helps

    Hi Aaron,

Okta has a built-in "Everyone" group. Does that work?

We use it occasionally if we feel something should apply to every single user in our tenant, for example MFA.

Sorry to elaborate on my comment, Group Rules to a local group that lives in Okta.

Sorry if this doesn't help but your question was a little confusing. For example, why does adding users to a group make you lose information?

the adding to the group automatically stops he department or the title (there are more fields) but they don't flow over to the other application when i use "everyone" or large groups
