Hi Okta support,
I'm not seeing my sign-in picture that I chose for authentication upon first logging in with Firefox 68.0. I've verified that the login page is indeed our organizations, so I've come here to let you know of this issue.

Eddie from Okta Support here. It's expected behavior that when you sign-in for the first time from a new browser, to get the message "This is the first time you are connecting to .... from this browser". If you get this message every time you login (first time) from Firefox, you might want to check the browser settings. If you have it setup to clear the history, cache and cookies every time you close the browser, this is why you always get that message when you open Firefox, during the first login.

Yes I saw this message, but my question was about the picture, not the message. I would assume that first login on a new browser would still show my sign in picture during login along with the message you mentioned. Is this not true?
