Servicenow integration with SAML using using

Hi Team,

I have integrated servicenow with SAML using okta as per one document i found in google.

https://saml-doc.okta.com/SAML_Docs/How-to-Configure-SAML-2.0-for-ServiceNow.html?baseAdminUrl=https://dev-352387-admin.okta.com&app=servicenow_ud&instanceId=0oarwzezeoMriMd7z356*advanced

Now after making SAML configuration in Servicenow I am clicking on "Test Connection" then everything is passed except below error:

Error: Cannot logout of IDP's session

IDP's logout URL not set. So, cannot logout the IDP session.

I am unable to find where and how to set IDP's logout URL.

Could someone please guide me on this.

Thanks

  • Hi Ajeet!

You will have to configure SLO in order to have that error resolved. Please check the Single Log Out section in the article that you have attached. Following those steps will implement Single Logout which eventually resolves the Service Now error which you are receiving.

  • Hi Ajeet, sounds like you've made good progress and just need help over the finish line. I've asked my Support colleagues to look into this for you.
