how to enroll new devices for the goole authenticator
I changed devices and I need to register this new device for the Google Authenticator. Can you please help me how to do this?

If you can login into your Okta, you can reset the MFA on your profile and connect it again with the new app on your new device. If access is blocked and you have no other MFA options, you'll have to ask your Okta admins to reset and guide you into your account.
