2gxhs (2gxhs) asked a question.
Hello,
I have 1 user that is repeatedly getting locked out due to the max number of login attempts from several different countries. Blocking the ips is not practical, because they change every time. Is there a way I can apply a dynamic zone to only allow our country to login to Okta and apply it to just that 1 specific user?
Thank you for your suggestions.

Has anyone else solved this issue before and can help Ryan out?
Hi Ryan!
Dynamic zone does not allow you to point only one user. If there is only one user affected, you could change the login a bit. This will be the fastest way to avoid an attack for the account. Also will recommend:
Please check the following article for more details: https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/Troubleshooting-Distributed-Brute-Force-and-or-Password-Spray-attacks-in-Okta
Thanks again,
Ryan
Could you do a Dynamic Zones and assign it to a group that just had that one person in it?
