When a user is deactivated in AD. The status changed to Deactivated in Okta as well. Suspend status usually ties to account lock out scenarios.

      Thank you Molly.

So what I've gathered from your link is the following:

Unsuspending people changes their account status from Suspendedto Active. All app and group memberships are restored.
Suspending people is useful for temporary and contract workers and employees on leaves of absence if you want to pause and later resume access. This state is also useful if an employee leaves but the admin<javascript:void(0);>wants to review group and app assignments.

So deactivating a user means that they will lose all group memberships and app assignments. Would be helpful if they made this a 'tooltip' in the life cycle management setting.

      Thanks,

      Jon
