How to access the saml apps without code verification process ?
Where code verify are done through api,on try to access saml apps it redirect to okta login page.
Apps need user access token to access them .

If an app is set to use SAML, the SAML flow will always redirect the user to the identity provider (in our case, Okta).
I'm not sure if I understand your question but I think that what you're looking for is a way to access these apps bypassing SAML. For that you need a backdoor URL, provided by the SP. Apps should have a way to access them with credentials but you'll need to contact your SP for them since Okta does not have this information .
