    Not sure if I understand the question, but if you want to manage the group membership for AD groups from Okta, then you will need to use Group push https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Directory/group-push-enh.htm

    Elliot - I assume you want to update a AD group imported into Okta from the Okta web page? I don't believe that will work. You could use Okta groups if needed and make them a RBG.
