Anyone else having this? I've logged out and back in, tried multiple browsers. I've rewritten my case like 10 times. But it simply won't open the case. I just get the icon in the center of the screen with 3 dots, then nothing else happens.

Could you please attempt to mail support@okta.com with these details? That will also generate a ticket for you, and we can further look into this issue in particular.

This sort of resolved itself. After I posted this, I gave up, but about 30 minutes later I got an email saying my case had been opened (the email you normally get as soon as you submit the case. I guess something was jammed up somewhere in the queue and it eventually went through.
