    The only way to check who is using a VPN is to visually inspect the IP chain on the SSO request. Usually, you will see multiple IP's in the chain if the request is done via a VPN client.

  • Then it looks like the traffic originated from that address and did not went through a proxy. If the HTTP headers were spoofed to hide the proxy, I'm afraid that there's not much that we can do.
