When some of our employee hit the Outlook app(email) it fails to authorize them and makes them manually sign in. This is only happening to a few employees and out IT team has been investingating and cannot figure out their issue, any suggestions would be great.

Hi Madison,
Does Desktop SSO work for any of the affected users? Have you tried clearing the credentials from Windows Credential Manager? This I think can be caused by a number of thing so I would suggest opening a support ticket in order to investigate this better.
