lwkkt (lwkkt) asked a question.
I have a single user that is having problems with credentials filling in on Internet Explorer 11. Works fine with FireFox, so I know it is not a problem with Okta (and she is running on a virtual desktop that is a clone of what about 70 other people are using just fine). Wondering if anyone has seen this behavior.... maybe a Windows profile issue?

Hi Timothy,
There's a couple things I can suggest you to try for this user:
1. Make sure the plugin is installed correctly for IE 11 and try different methods of installations(Classic with/without whitelisting and Silent mode with/without whitelisting)
This is documented in detail here:
https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Apps/Apps_Installing_Plugin_5x_with_IE.htm
And firewall whitelisting:
https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Security/Firewall_Whitelisting.htm
2. The plugin obtains your credentials from Okta using SSL and supports SSL pinning to protect against MiTM attacks. If your enterprise uses web proxies to perform SSL interception or employs other data loss prevention strategies, you need to configure your environment to work with the Okta IE browser plugin.
You can find more details here:
https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Apps/Apps_Browser_Plugin.htm
3. Make sure ActiveX Filtering is Disabled. You can check here how:
https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Apps/Apps_and_SSO_Verifying_IE_Plugin_Enablement.htm
4. Some adblockers may restrict the plugin. If she uses one, maybe try disabling it or adding the plugin to the exceptions list.
Try these suggestions out and if the issue persists, feel free to open up a case with support so we can further troubleshoot this together.
