    Good afternoon Ricardo,

Emilian here on behalf of Okta's Customer Support Team.

Concerning the question you've raised with us, I am afraid that you have no means of leveraging the user.status in a validation syntax. According to our public-facing documentation, there are a few constrains that apply for both Group Membership Rules and Profile Mapping:

    • Expressions must have valid syntax.
    • Expressions must evaluate to Boolean.
    • Expressions cannot contain an assignment operator, such as =.
    • User attributes used in expressions can contain only available User or AppUser attributes.

    Ref Link: https://developer.okta.com/reference/okta_expression_language/#conditional-expressions

Hope this helps answer your question! For any other Okta-related queries or concerns, feel free to raise a support ticket from under the My Cases section.

    Kind Regards,

    Emilian Aldea
