Is push groups are the same as existing groups and

Thank you for posting on our community page. The whole flow of Group Push in a target application, depends on if the application supports this functionality or not. If you have an application in mind, but are having a few questions on how this works and why this functionality is not available for all applications, I would recommend you open a support ticket through the portal, and one of our support engineers will assist you with more information on this matter.
Currently Group Push functionality is available for the following applications:
Active Directory, Adobe CQ, Box, DocuSign, Dropbox for Business, G Suite, Jira , Jira On-Prem, Jive Software, Org2Org, ServiceNow UD, Slack, Smartsheet, Workplace by Facebook, Zendesk
