    Hi Sundar,

This is Marius with Okta support. I noticed that there is already a support ticket open for this issue (00581036) and it's pending a response from your end.

Starting January new developer orgs are created on OK7 and they only have the ability for OIDC applications.

SAML applications would need to be purchased on these new developer accounts (https://developer.okta.com/pricing/)

If you would like to have the ability to create SAML applications from developer edition orgs please reach out to your Account Executive.

The alternative would be to register a free trial with Okta where SAML can be used.

    Thank you.
