SMS Multifactor Authentication is only valid for US and Canada people? Will it work for India's number? I am trying to configure it but not receiving the code on my India number..

That is correct, you are not able to set up SMS MFA by using an number outside of US or Canada if you don't have International SMS enabled. If you want to be enabled, please open a support ticket and we will assist you from there.
