Hi Okta Help Center,
Google Calendar would not populate for new users until their account has been activated through Okta. We are also unable to share Google documents or send emails to user until they are activated. This was not an issue before as users' Google calendar and other Google features can be used before activation.

Hi Brian,
If your Google instance is configured with Okta via SAML with provisioning turned on, and if creation of new users from Okta to Google is turned on, then it is expected that users will need to be activated prior to accessing any Google resource.
