i have created a open connect application under free okta account and i am not able to see the app in dashboard of assigned user , is it because i am using free account?
You don't see oidc apps in the dashboard they just make the connection. You need to go to the website and start the login process there or create a bookmark in OKTA. Once verified in OKTA the app pushes the token back to the site to verify.
