  • Thank you for posting the question. One main reason that the users are not seen in the interface could be because the User Object Class and the User Object Filter could be possibly wrong in the configuration. Kindly check that these fields are entered correctly. The other filed to check would be the Unique Identifier Attribute. The attribute in this field needs to be common across all imported objects.
