    Hello Robert,

An import can be triggered from AD to Okta using the AD Agent which can be installed on one of the servers hosting AD. The AD agent can be downloaded from under Settings > Downloads > AD Agent or by editing and accessing the following link: https://YOUROKTAORG.admin.okta.com/static/ad-agent/OktaADAgentSetup-3.4.13.exe.

Also to bare in mind, you can also sync from Okta to AD by managing a group and syncing back to AD.

If you require more information, please open a support ticket and we will be happy to help.

    Best Regards,

    Dan
