I am trying to set up a SAML application (IdP) in Okta, using my Developer account. When I select "Add Applications" -> Create New App, I get a dialog box to "Create a New Application Integration" which only has "OpenID Connect" as the sign on method. SAML 2.0 is not an option. What do I need to do to enable it?

SAML authentication is disabled for free developer Orgs, however you can sign up for a free trial or an integrator Org for such functionality.
