    The easiest way to accomplish this (taking o365 as an example since it was not specified) is to:

     

    Navigate to the application settings

    Go to the Sign-on Tab

    Add a new rule for the Sign On Policy 

    In the "Client" section of the rule, uncheck "Exchange ActiveSync or Legacy Auth client"
