Need to add a list of IPs that can will not be redirected to Okta when trying to log in to JIRA, the doc says to add the Spuser or something like that, I added that, but it doesn't do anything. Any ideas on why or how

I recommend on opening up a support ticket with us and include the JIRA authenticator and JIRA version which you are currently using and also if you can kindly provide the documentation you've followed to achieve this.
