I have created a new Application, which is a copy of an existing one but has a different URL. Can i copy the embedded mobile app from the old Application to the new one.

What do you mean with "embedded mobile app"?
If you mean the app in the Okta mobile app, than the copied app (which does have to be assigned) should show up there.
Otherwise we might need some more context on your question.
