Can I use Secondary email for email MFA auth verificaton

Hi,

In my organization O365 federated to Okta and have Okta Verify as MFA deployed. Few users has to use different MFA auth for their account. We choose email MFA as a solution. Since O365 is also covered under MFA policy we can not use user's okta account for email MFA auth. In this scenario can we use secondary email (personal email ) address as their email MFA auth? (I know security concerns)

I don't think there's a way to use the secondary email address. Go to Security > Multifactor > Factor Types > Email Authentication, and it clearly states: "If Email Authentication is selected, users will be sent a security token to their primary email address."
