qkqtr (qkqtr) asked a question.
I'm new to Okta and SSO solutions. I'm curious what the best solution is for setting up accounts that users have been signing into using their Google account. A couple of examples for us are Calendly and Hubspot. I can't see how to change the log in for these applications to a traditional username and password. I haven't yet tackled adding Google Apps for Business (which we alsop use) into Okta, so perhaps there is a solution there? We are a small nonprofit, so have no in house security experts.

Hello,
George here with Okta's Customer Support Team, thank you for reaching out to us.
If you want to use Okta as a login dashboard for multiple apps, what you can explore are SSO with SAML or even SWA apps within Okta OIN. The SAML apps are providing a fluent log in with no credentials needed ( using the Okta logins) and SWA apps where the Okta Plugin will handle the login and the credential storage.

SWA: https://www.okta.com/resources/whitepaper/how-okta-integrates-applications-architectural-overview/
For more in depth solutions please open an Okta support ticket.
Thank You.
