Thank you for your question, I need some additional information. Are you referring to a SWA application?
If so, how do you have the application configured i.e. (User sets username and password, Administrator sets username and password, Administrator sets username and user sets password, Administrator sets username, password is the same as user's Okta password or Users share a single username and password set by administrator)?
