I am trying to use Apple Business Manager (business.apple.com)., which appears to require connecting to the device management features of Okta.
is there a help doc on how to do this?

There is no documentation on this integration; currently business.apple.com is only available as a SWA application on the Okta Application Network.

Does OKTA have option for integration with apple business manager in 2021 ?
No, ABM only supports Microsoft Azure Active Directory and not generic SAML or OIDC that you could establish between Okta and ABM.
As result OKTA users left without AppleID/ABM integration . That is very sad . Only MS users wins. Looks like two VP from Apple and OKTA should go to bar to get final decision to make okta clients happy.
